Delivery takes 2–3 working days from our warehouse and 7–10 working days from the remote warehouse — the item says where it is shipped from, so order in good time. Order at least three weeks ahead and you are on the safe side. You have a 99-day return right from the day the parcel arrived, as long as the item is unused and in the box with everything that came with it. An exchange works as a return in the returns portal, using the order number and the e-mail the gift was ordered with.
