14-day right of withdrawal — and a 99-day right of return

The 14 days are yours by law. We add the 99 days on top; they are our own offer and don't change your rights. You pay the return shipping yourself; if you use our return label, we deduct DKK 39 from the amount. From Gold in Kredsen it is free, and if you send the whole order back, you also get the original shipping back. See returns.

2-year statutory warranty

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act — it is mandatory throughout the EU and applies to everything you buy from us. If there is a fault that was present when you received the item, you may, depending on the circumstances, have it repaired or replaced, get your money back or a price reduction. See warranty.
