99 days

You have a 99-day right of return from the day you receive the watch. You don't need to give a reason.

The 99 days apply alongside the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — not instead of it. The 14 days fall within the 99, so in total you have 99 days from receipt. Your rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) apply regardless of what this page says.

Return shipping

You pay the return shipping yourself. If you use our insured return label, we deduct DKK 39 from the amount you get back. You may also send the item yourself at your own expense — send it insured and with track and trace.

Items are always returned to us: Nordur, Diesen Alle 12, 2791 Dragør. You never send anything to a supplier or another company.

If you are Gold, Platinum or Diamond in Kredsen, return shipping is free. What counts is the tier you had when you placed the order.

If there is something wrong with the item, we pay shipping both ways — see claims. If you placed your order before 29 September 2026, the terms at that time apply: return shipping is free.

How to do it

1. Start the return in the returns portal — find your order, choose the items, and choose a refund or an exchange. You can also use the withdrawal form or write to kontakt@nordur.dk with your order number. You don't need to say why.
2. If you want to use our return label, you'll get it by email within one working day.
3. Put the watch in the box it came in, together with everything that came with it and any links you have had removed.
4. Drop off the parcel at your nearest parcel point. With our return label, the parcel is insured all the way back to us.

The watch's condition

You're welcome to have worn the watch. That's the whole point of trying it on at home.

We only ask that it comes back without signs of use — no scratches on the case or crystal, the protective film on the case back intact, and all papers and links in the box.

If something is missing, or there's damage, we don't guess. We write to you and sort it out together before we do anything.

A refund

We refund the amount to the payment method you used. If you send the whole order back, you also get the original shipping back; if you send only part of it back, you don't. If you used our return label, we deduct DKK 39, unless return shipping is free for you. This happens no later than 14 days after we've received the watch, and usually within five working days of the inspection.

The transfer itself can take a few more banking days, depending on your card and your bank. We'll let you know as soon as we've sent the money.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange for another watch from us, follow the same steps and just write which watch you'd like instead.

If the new watch is more expensive, we send a payment link for the difference. If it's cheaper, we refund the difference. Return shipping is the same as for a return, and otherwise we don't charge a fee for an exchange.

What we can't take back

• Watches that have been engraved after you received them.
• Watches where the bracelet or strap has been permanently shortened.

Nordur does not engrave or shorten watches itself. The 99-day right of return doesn't apply to these watches; within the 14-day right of withdrawal you can still send them back, but we then deduct the loss in value — which can be the full price.
