What shipping costs

We only deliver to addresses in Denmark. All orders are sent insured for the item's full value and with track and trace. There is no minimum order.

Shipping is shown in the basket before you pay. It does not earn points and does not count towards your purchases for the next tier in Kredsen.

Free shipping in Kredsen

Free shipping in Denmark is a benefit for members of Kredsen who are logged in. The threshold depends on your tier:

What counts is the price of the items after any discount; gift wrapping and extended warranty are not included.

Delivery times

We only deliver in Denmark, and the times are counted from the day you pay. Each product states whether it ships from our own warehouse or from the remote warehouse.

When you order an item from the remote warehouse, we buy it in from our supplier. We receive it, inspect it and ship it on to you ourselves — that's why it takes a little longer. The parcel always comes from us.

From order to delivery

Once you have paid, you immediately get an order confirmation by email with the days the item is expected to reach you. The amount is only charged to your card when we ship, and when the parcel has been sent, you get the tracking number.

If it takes longer than the stated working days, we will write to you.

How it arrives

• The watch lies in the box with any extra links.
• The shipment requires a signature on receipt. It won't be left in a shed or put through the letterbox.
• You get track and trace as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
