The watches have diameters from 22 to 40 mm, quartz movements (122) and automatic movements (14), hardened mineral crystal (65), sapphire crystal (60) and mineral glass (5), and water resistance from 3 ATM / 30 metres to 30 ATM / 300 metres. How to choose a women's watch — six steps

1. Set a budget. Decide what the watch may cost, and filter by price. Most watches here cost between DKK 1.000 and DKK 2.000. The automatic watches start at DKK 1.595; below that they are quartz. Reduced items are under sale with the previous price and the discount.
2. Choose a movement. Quartz runs on a battery, is very accurate and asks nothing of you day to day. Automatic is wound by your movements and has no battery — good for someone who wears the watch every day. Solar is quartz charged by light.
3. Find the size. Measure your wrist just above the bone. Most women's watches are 28–36 mm: under 15 cm suits around 28–32 mm, 15–16 cm around 32–36 mm, and over 16 cm 36 mm and up. Look at the lug-to-lug distance and the thickness too, if the watch has to fit under a shirt cuff.
4. Think about water. 3 ATM withstands rain and splashes, 5 ATM a shower, 10 ATM swimming, and 20 ATM and above diving. If the watch is going in the water, choose dive watches or sports watches with a bracelet or rubber strap — a leather strap can take neither bathing nor swimming.
5. Choose strap or bracelet. A steel bracelet can take anything and is adjusted by removing links; a leather strap is warmer and lighter and suits a classic watch. Rubber and textile are for sport and summer.
6. Find the style. Classic watches go with a suit and the office, chronographs give a sporty look with a stopwatch, and sports watches and dive watches can take more. A Swiss Made watch is assembled and inspected in Switzerland.

If you are unsure, try the watch at home: you have a 99-day right of return from the day you receive it. Just wait to have the bracelet shortened until you are sure — once it is shortened, the 99-day right of return no longer applies, and if you withdraw within 14 days, we deduct the loss in value. What water resistance means

ATM, bar and metres say the same thing, but the figure is a pressure in a laboratory, not a depth you can dive to. As a rule, 3 ATM withstands rain and splashes from a hand basin, 5 ATM a shower, 10 ATM swimming and snorkelling, and from 20 ATM the watch can be used for diving. A leather strap can handle neither bathing nor swimming, whatever the watch itself can do. Delivery takes 2–3 working days from our own stock and 7–10 working days from our remote stock, counted from your order — the product page says where it ships from. We confirm your order within 24 hours. We only deliver in Denmark. Shipping costs 39 DKK, and the parcel is insured for the item's full value; in Kredsen, shipping in Denmark is free from Silver on orders over 799 DKK. The watch comes in a box, new and unused. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 99-day return right from the day you receive the item — the 14 days fall within the 99. Start in the returns portal. You pay the return shipping yourself; if you use our insured return label, we deduct 39 DKK from the amount. From Gold in Kredsen it is free. The return right applies to items without signs of use, in the box with everything that came with it and any links that have been removed; if you withdraw within the 14 days and the item shows signs of use, we deduct the loss in value. What size should a women's watch be?

It depends on the wrist. Most women's watches here are 28–36 mm and fit a wrist under 16 cm. If you have a wider wrist or want a larger watch, look at the men's watches from 38 mm too. The diameter is shown on every card and can be filtered.

Should I choose automatic or quartz for a women's watch?

Quartz is the most common in women's watches: accurate, light and nothing to remember. Automatic has no battery and is wound by your movements, if you wear the watch every day. The "Movement" filter shows both.
