Customer service

The claims portal

You have a 2-year statutory warranty (right to complain) on everything you buy from Nordur.

We hope everything is as it should be when you unpack your watch. But if something goes wrong and the watch isn't right, we'll of course help you — and it should be easy.

You can make a claim here on the page in a couple of minutes. Make your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the fault; if you write within two months, it's always in time.

Make your claim here before you send anything in — then we'll send you an insured shipping label, and you won't pay to send the watch to us.

Not sure about something?

Perhaps one of these answers can help you.

When should I make a claim?

As soon as you discover a fault in the watch that isn't caused by a knock, water through an open crown or ordinary wear and tear. The statutory warranty applies for 2 years from the day you received the watch, and you must make your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the fault — within two months is always in time. If the fault appears within the first year, we assume it was there from the start.

How do I make a claim?

Tap "Start a claim" at the top of the page and follow the three steps: what happened, when you got the watch, and your details — ideally with a few photos. You can also write directly to kontakt@nordur.dk with your order number.

Who pays the shipping for a claim?

We do. Once you've made the claim, we send you an insured shipping label so it costs you nothing to send the watch — and when it has been repaired or replaced, we send it back free of charge.

How long does a complaint take?

Allow 10–15 working days from when we've received the watch. If the watch has to go to the brand's own workshop, it may take longer, and we'll write to tell you how long it's expected to take.

Can I make a claim in a physical store?

No. Nordur is a pure online shop without a store, so everything happens here and by email — it's also the quickest way, because we get the photos and details straight away.

What does a complaint cost?

Nothing, when the fault is covered by the statutory warranty: repair, replacement or a refund is free of charge. If it turns out the damage isn't covered — for example after a knock or water through an open crown — we'll write to you with a quote before anything is touched, and you decide.
