Withdraw from your purchase

Digital withdrawal form. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal — and with us a 99-day right of return.

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the item — without giving a reason. With us you also have a 99-day right of return, which applies alongside the 14 days.

Fill in the form with your name, your order number and your email, and press Confirm withdrawal. Your withdrawal is then registered, and you get a receipt by email with the date and time.

What do you want to withdraw from?

Good to know

What is the difference between the right of withdrawal and the right of return?

The right of withdrawal is the statutory 14 days from the day you received the item. The right of return is our own offer: 99 days from receipt, and the 14 days fall within them. In practice, then, you can send the item back for 99 days — the terms are on the returns page.

Do I have to give a reason?

No. You are welcome to tell us why if you like — it helps us get better — but it is entirely voluntary and changes nothing.

What if I don't have my order number?

It is in your order confirmation and in your history, if you are a member of Kredsen. If you can't find it, write what you know and use the email address you ordered with — then we will find the order.

Is it enough to refuse to accept the parcel?

No. You withdraw by letting us know — with the form here or an email to kontakt@nordur.dk. Not collecting the parcel is not enough.

When will I get my money back?

No later than 14 days after we have received the item — usually within five working days. We refund to the same payment method. If you withdraw from the whole order, you also get the original shipping back; if you withdraw from only part of it, you don't.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do. If you use our insured return label, we deduct DKK 39 from the amount you get back; you may also send the item yourself, insured and with track and trace, at your own expense. From Gold in Kredsen, return shipping is free, and if there is something wrong with the item, we pay shipping both ways. If you placed your order before 29 September 2026, return shipping is free.

Is there anything I can't withdraw from?

No — within the 14 days you can withdraw from anything we have sent. If the watch has been engraved, or the bracelet or strap shortened after you received it, or if it shows signs of wear, we may deduct the loss in value — which can be the full price — as set out in the terms and conditions §6.
