The page works out your deadlines for you, and once you've sent it, you get a receipt by email with the date and time — our insured return label follows within one working day. It costs DKK 39, which we deduct from the amount; from Gold in Kredsen it is free.

Where do I find my order number?

It's in the receipt you received by email, and next to the order in your history if you're a member of Kredsen.

Good to know

What does it cost to send something back?

You pay the return shipping yourself. If you use our insured return label, which you get by email within one working day, we deduct DKK 39 from the amount you get back. You may also send the item yourself, insured and with track and trace, at your own expense. From Gold in Kredsen, return shipping is free, and if there is something wrong with the item, we pay shipping both ways. If you placed your order before 29 September 2026, return shipping is free.

When will I get my money?

No later than 14 days after we have received the item — usually within five working days. The amount goes back to the payment method you used. If you send the whole order back, you also get the original shipping back.

How do I pack the watch?

Put it in the box it came in, with everything that came with it and any links you have had removed, and pack the box well — preferably in the carton it came in. Attach the label to the outside, and drop off the parcel where the label says.

Can I exchange instead?

Yes. Choose "An exchange for another item", and write what you'd like instead. If it costs more, we send you a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.

What can't be returned?

The 99-day right of return applies to items with no signs of use, at full length and with everything in the box. Within the 14-day right of withdrawal you can always send the item back, but if it shows signs of use, the bracelet or strap has been shortened, or the watch has been engraved, we deduct the loss in value — which can be the full price. See returns.

Is something wrong with the watch?

Then it's a claim, and that applies for 2 years. Use the claims portal.
