About Eco-Drive Classic Solar

Citizen BM8550-81E is a men's watch with a solar-powered quartz movement in a round 42 mm case in stainless steel. The dial is black, the case silver-coloured with a polished finish, and the watch is worn on a silver-coloured link bracelet in stainless steel with a folding clasp.

The watch has a hardened crystal glass, a fixed bezel and a screwed steel caseback. It is water resistant to 10 ATM, and the case is 10 mm high. Besides the time, it shows the date and the day. It also has solar charging. The movement is calibre E101, made in Japan.

The name indicates Eco-Drive, Citizen's designation for watches charged by light.
